1. Nature of Delivery

All services purchased on MangoSkill.com are delivered digitally via one or more of the following methods:

  • Email (as per the email ID provided during registration/purchase)
  • WhatsApp or messaging (if opted by the user)
  • Online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
  • Cloud-based file sharing (Google Drive, OneDrive, WeTransfer, etc.)
  • In-platform downloads or direct digital handover (where applicable)

No physical items are shipped, and no courier service is used for service delivery.


2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on the type of digital service purchased:

  • Pre-defined or instant services: Delivered immediately or within the committed timeframe mentioned on the service page.
  • Scheduled services (training, consulting, sessions): Delivered on the mutually agreed time slot.
  • Customized services (Excel projects, document preparation, job support, etc.): Delivered within the timeline agreed at the time of order confirmation.

MangoSkill.com ensures that service delivery details are shared with the customer through their registered email ID.


3. No Liability for Courier/Postal Delays

Since MangoSkill does not ship any physical goods:

  • Courier or postal delays are not applicable.
  • MangoSkill.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or logistics providers, as we do not engage them for any service.

4. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact information including:

  • Valid email address
  • Correct mobile number
  • Correct details required for digital delivery

Failure to provide accurate details may result in delayed or failed service delivery.


5. Delivery Confirmation

All digital deliveries will be confirmed via:

  • Email confirmation
  • WhatsApp/message confirmation (if opted)
  • Meeting confirmation for scheduled services
