At MangoSkill.com, we strive to deliver high-quality multidisciplinary services including Excel projects, digital training, consulting, job-search assistance, teaching sessions, and customized solutions.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we maintain a transparent Return & Refund policy to protect both the customer and our service process.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
Because we offer digital services, training sessions, and customized project work, our refund process differs from physical product businesses.
We do not offer a standard 7-day refund or money-back guarantee for purchases or completed services. Refunds are not automatic and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances where a verified service failure or breach of the agreed deliverable has occurred.
All refund requests are subject to:
- verification of the issue by MangoSkill.com,
- completion of our internal resolution process (including attempts to correct, revise, or re-deliver the work), and
- final approval by our support team.
Only when the issue is confirmed to be caused by MangoSkill.com and we are unable to fix the problem within a reasonable timeframe will a refund (partial or full) be issued. If the problem is due to missing or incorrect information from you, changes of mind, or circumstances outside our control, refunds will be denied.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:
2.1 Digital Services (Excel Projects, Data Work, Custom Tasks)
You may request a refund if:
- The delivered file/service is significantly different from what was promised.
- There is a clear error or failure on our side that we are unable to fix within the agreed resolution timelines.
- Work has not been started yet.
Refund is not eligible if:
- The project has already been completed and delivered.
- The customer changes their mind after work has begun.
- Required inputs, data, or instructions were missing or incorrect from the customer’s side.
- Delays occur due to incomplete instructions or unresponsive communication from the customer.
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- Half or partial work is completed.
- Some tasks have been delivered before cancellation.
2.2 Online Classes, Teaching Sessions & Consultations
Refunds may be granted if:
- The session was not conducted due to our fault.
- The purchased course or class is cancelled from our side.
- Technical issues from our side prevent the class from happening.
Refund is not eligible if:
- You miss a scheduled class or fail to attend.
- You request a refund after attending the session.
- The service was delivered but you are dissatisfied for subjective reasons (e.g., teaching style preference).
Rescheduling is offered as a primary option before refunds are considered.
2.3 Job-Search Assistance Services
Refunds may be considered only if:
- No work has been started.
- We are unable to provide the agreed-upon deliverables (resume creation, job leads list, etc.).
Refund is not eligible for:
- Result-based expectations such as interviews, job offers, or placement outcomes.
- Delays caused by incomplete data, missing documents, or lack of response from the customer.
3. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following purchases cannot be refunded under any circumstances:
- Downloadable files already delivered.
- Completed Excel/data work.
- Digital learning materials once accessed.
- Sessions already attended.
- Customized or personalized services.
- Services requiring third-party integrations where the cost is already incurred.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
4. Resolution Process (Before Refund Approval)
Before issuing any refund, we will:
- Review your request
- Analyze the work already completed
- Reach out for clarification if needed
- Attempt to fix, revise, or re-deliver the service at no additional cost
- Provide a final resolution decision
Refunds are granted only when:
- We are unable to resolve the issue
- The service quality issue is confirmed from our side
If the issue is not caused by us, refunds may be declined or only partially granted.
5. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be returned to your original method of payment (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
- Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received the refund after the processing time:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider (UPI app, card issuer, etc.).
- Contact your bank.
- If still not resolved, email us at contact@mangoskill.com.
7. Exchanges / Re-Deliveries
Since we provide digital services, exchanges apply only in the following cases:
- Incorrect file delivered
- Damaged or corrupted files
- Incomplete delivery due to technical issues

8. Gifted Services
If a service was purchased as a gift:
- Refunds will be issued to the original buyer.
- If eligible, the receiver may be offered an alternative service credit.
9. No Shipping Required
Because we primarily provide digital/delivered-online services:
- No physical shipping is involved.
- No shipping costs are charged.
- In rare cases where physical material is provided, the customer must return it at their own cost.
